BIB COLLECTION

Registered Participants can collect their Bib No. From Health - Life Style Festival 2018
AU Bank Jaipur Marathon Expo to be held on 2-3 February 2018
Time - in between 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Venue - Youth Hostel, Near Ambedkar Circle, Janpath, Jaipur

RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. You may use a photocopy of the physical or the downloaded form from the event website, to send in your application.
  2. Only one applicant can apply for the Event using a single form. Also, do not send in more than one entry per person; multiple applications will entail all being rejected.
  3. Applicants must submit their entries only via the Application Modes. Please note, no individual/group has been authorized to collect entries on behalf of the Event.
  4. Group Applications:
    1. Group applications will be accepted only for Dream Run. Group applications Half Marathon race category WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
    2. Where 10 or more individuals submit their applications together, this constitutes a 'group application'. All members of a group must fill and sign individual application forms. Under 'Application Type' in the form, applicants need to choose 'Group', mentioning the group name and size of the group.
    3. Maximum group size - More than 50 entries from any single group/entity or association will not be accepted.
    4. Please DO NOT club Dream Run and Half Marathon entries with group entries. Such entries will be disqualified.
    5. Only one Cheque / DD will be accepted for group entries. This Cheque/DD should be of the consolidated value of application fees applicable for each individual group member.
    6. Each group must submit their entries together, one time, in a single envelope under a covering letter stating-
      1. Total number of entries enclosed in each race category.
      2. Number, date, amount and bank name of cheque/DD submitted.
      3. Atleast one common contact for the group having; Name, contact details & email ID.
  5. Before sending in your application, please check the following -
    1. Filled in details against all mandatory fields prefixed with '*' in the application form.
    2. Attached documents as may be required to confirm your entry based on the confirmation preference criteria..
    3. Attached a copy of your latest passport sized photograph with your application.
    4. Enclosed the requisite application fees.
    5. Signed the 'waiver' in the form.
    6. The applicant below 18 years of age, applying for the Dream Run, the guardian too has to be signed the 'waiver' and written his/her relation with the applicant.
  6. Your application will not be accepted if any discrepancy is found in any of the above mentioned mandatories.
  7. The registrations of respective race categories, email confirmations will be sent to all the confirmed participants who have given their valid email id in the entry form. Acceptance letters and event information will be posted on the address given in the entry form.
  8. Requests for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained.
  9. If you do not receive any intimation from the race office, please contact our event helpline number or email at jaipurmarathon@gmail.com.
  10. All confirmed participants/their authorized representatives are required to come to the Au Bank Jaipur Marathon Expo scheduled (is to be disclosed) in order to collect their running number bibs, timing chips (for half marathon runners only) and goodie bags. No running number, timing chip or goodie bag will be posted to individual mailing addresses.
    1. Authorized representative must carry with him/her-
      1. Original acceptance letter issued to confirmed participant.
      2. Signed authority letter from confirmed participant.
      3. Photocopy of photo-identity proof of the representative and the confirmed participant; eg. Passport, PAN card, Election card etc.
  11. Confirmed participant's identity and proof of residence might be verified by a verification agency hired for validating the details provided in the application form.
  12. Confirmation of applications received will be subject to Entry Rules & Regulations given herein.
  13. The right to participate in the event & the rights and benefits available to an applicant is at the sole discretion of the event Promoters, Au Bank Jaipur Marathon, and cannot be transferred to any other person under any circumstances. The applicant alone shall be entitled to the rights and benefits arising out of such confirmation of participation.
