Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older on Race Day (born on or before 14th February 2009).

Registration is subject to successful completion of the online registration process, acceptance of the Event Terms & Conditions, compliance with all Event Rules and participation guidelines, and submission of all mandatory information.

IIEMR reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel any registration at its sole discretion in the interest of participant safety and the smooth conduct of the event.

Participation Requirements

The AU Jaipur Full Marathon is intended for runners who are adequately trained and medically fit to complete the official marathon distance of 42.195 KM.

Elite Athletes may be required to submit valid timing certificates for verification.

IIEMR reserves the right to verify submitted timing certificates and determine participant eligibility for Elite or Priority Start categories.

Race Kit Collection

All confirmed participants must collect their Race Kit in person from the AU Jaipur Marathon Health & Lifestyle Expo 2027.

Participants must carry a Registration Confirmation and Valid Government-issued Photo Identification.

Race Kits will not be couriered and will not be distributed on Race Day.

Race Kit

Every confirmed participant will receive:

  • Official Race Bib
  • Electronic Timing Chip (where applicable)
  • Official AU Jaipur Full Marathon Race T-shirt
Participants may select their preferred T-shirt size during registration; however, final size allocation is subject to availability. IIEMR reserves the right to provide the closest available size where necessary. Requests for changes or exchanges after Race Kit collection cannot be accommodated.

Timing & Results

  • The race will be timed using an Electronic RFID Timing System.
  • Gun Time shall apply to Elite Athletes.
  • Net Time shall apply to Open Category participants.
  • Official Timing Certificates will be available approximately 21 working days after the event.

Official Cut-off Time

Participants must complete the Full Marathon within the official cut-off time announced by IIEMR.

Finisher Medal

Participants who successfully complete the race within the official cut-off time will receive the Official AU Jaipur Marathon 2027 Finisher Medal.

Event Rules

  • Race Bibs are personal and non-transferable.
  • The decision of IIEMR shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the event.

Medical Advisory

  • Medical teams, ambulances and hydration stations will be available throughout the course.
  • IIEMR reserves the right to withdraw any participant if medically unsafe to continue.

Event Cancellation & Modification

IIEMR reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Photography & Media Consent

By registering, participants grant IIEMR the right to photograph, film and use their participation for promotional purposes.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process, participants agree to abide by all Event Rules, Terms & Conditions and instructions issued by IIEMR.
