At AU Jaipur Marathon 2027, we strive to ensure a smooth registration experience for every participant. Before completing your registration, please carefully read the following Refund Policy.

1. Registration Fees
   All registration fees paid for AU Jaipur Marathon 2027 are strictly non-refundable, nontransferable, and non-deferable under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation by Participant
   No refund shall be provided if a participant is unable to participate due to reasons including, but not limited to:
   - Injury or illness
   - Personal commitments
   - Travel delays or cancellations
   - Visa rejection or travel restrictions
   - Scheduling conflicts
   - Change of plans
   - Any other personal reasons
3. Event Cancellation or Postponement The Event Organisers reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, shorten, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:
   - Natural disasters
   - Extreme weather conditions
   - Government directives or restrictions
   - Public health emergencies or pandemics
   - Civil unrest or law and order situations
   - Force majeure events
   - Any situation affecting participant safety
   In such cases, registration fees shall remain non-refundable. The organisers may, at their sole discretion, announce an alternative arrangement if deemed appropriate.
4. No Transfer or Resale Registered entries cannot be:
   - Transferred to another participant
   - Deferred to a future edition
   - Sold, exchanged, or resold
   Any participant found transferring or selling their registration or race bib will be disqualified without refund.
5. Duplicate Payments
   If a participant is charged more than once for the same registration due to a technical or payment gateway error, the duplicate payment (if successfully received by the organisers) will be verified and refunded to the original payment method after due verification.
6. Failed or Incomplete Transactions
   If a payment fails and the registration is not successfully completed, no race entry will be confirmed. Any amount debited due to a failed transaction will be governed by the policies of the respective bank or payment gateway and will generally be reversed automatically within the applicable processing timeline.
7. Merchandise & Add-on Purchases
   Any optional merchandise, event add-ons, or additional purchases made during registration are also non-refundable once the order has been successfully placed, unless otherwise specified by the organisers.
8. Refund Processing
   Where a refund is approved solely under the limited circumstances mentioned in this policy (such as verified duplicate payments), it will be processed through the original mode of payment. Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway and the participant's bank
