General Refund Policy: AU Jaipur Marathon 2025 follows a strict No-Refund policy. Once the registration is completed and payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including event cancellation or rescheduling.
Event Cancellation or Postponement:
- In the unfortunate event of cancellation or postponement of the AU Jaipur Marathon 2025 due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control, no refunds will be provided.
- The registration will remain valid for the rescheduled date or, if the event is canceled, may be transferred to the next edition of the marathon at the discretion of the organizers.
Special Circumstances - Refund requests will only be considered under the following special circumstances:
- Medical Emergencies: If the registered participant is unable to participate due to a serious medical condition, a partial refund may be considered upon submission of a valid medical certificate and supporting documents. The decision of the organizers will be final.
- Bereavement: In the event of the death of a registered participant or an immediate family member, the organizers may consider a partial refund upon submission of relevant documentation.
- Military Deployment: Registered participants who are active military personnel and are deployed during the time of the event may request a refund, subject to verification of deployment orders.
All refund requests under special circumstances must be submitted in writing, along with supporting documentation, to the marathon's official email address at least 30 days before the event date. Requests submitted after this period will not be entertained.
Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method used at the time of registration.
- A processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
