Waiver

I declare, confirm, and agree as follows for myself and/or my ward:

Accuracy of Information: I have provided true and complete information in this application form, and I/my ward am solely responsible for the accuracy of this information.
Consent for Use of Personal Data: I am aware of and consent to the purposes for which my personal data may be used by the Indian Institute of Event Management and Research (IIEMR).
Assumption of Risk: I fully understand the risks and responsibilities of participating in the AU Jaipur Marathon 2025 or any event outlined in this application (collectively "the Event") and will be participating entirely at my/his/her own risk and responsibility.
Route Adherence: I understand that I/my ward shall participate only on the route designated by the Event organisers.
Fitness and Medical Clearance: I understand that I/my ward must be of, and have trained to, an appropriate level of fitness to participate in such a physically demanding Event, and I/my ward have obtained a medical clearance from a registered medical practitioner allowing me/my ward to participate in the Event.
Waiver of Claims: On behalf of myself/my ward and our legal representatives, I waive all claims of whatsoever nature against any and all sponsors of the Event, AU Jaipur Marathon Committee members, officials of IIEMR, and all other persons and entities associated with the Event, including directors, employees, agents, and representatives of the aforementioned, including, but not limited to, any claims arising from illness, injury, death, or otherwise related to my/my ward's participation in the Event.
Medical Data Provision: I agree to provide Event officials with any medical data relating to me/my ward as requested. I acknowledge that this does not oblige the Event officials, organisers, or any other person to incur any expense or provide any treatment.
Liability for Medical Conditions: In case of any illness, injury, or death suffered by me/my ward during the Event due to any medical reasons or pre-existing conditions, whether disclosed or not, I agree that none of the sponsors, AU Jaipur Marathon Committee members, officials of IIEMR, or any associated persons or entities shall be held liable by me/my ward or my/my ward's representatives.
Force Majeure and Disease Liability: I understand and agree that in the event of any illness, transmittable/communicable/contagious disease, injury, or death caused during the Event or due to any force majeure event (including but not limited to natural disasters, civil disturbances, or terrorist acts), none of the sponsors, authorities, AU Jaipur Marathon Committee members, officials of IIEMR, or any associated persons or entities shall be held liable by me/my ward or my/my ward's representatives.
Information Sharing: I irrevocably permit IIEMR to share the information provided by me/my ward in this application with all/any entities associated with the AU Jaipur Marathon, at their discretion.
Use of Photographs and Videos: I understand, agree, and irrevocably permit IIEMR to use my/my ward’s photographs and videos, which may be taken on race day and/or during various functions of the Event, for the purpose of promoting the AU Jaipur Marathon, at their discretion.
Promotional Communications: I agree to receive information and offers from various brands, products, and services as may be sent to me/my ward by the Event promoters (or persons authorized by them) via the contact details provided in this application form.
Donation Receipts: I understand and agree that my/my ward's data (including name, email ID, address, and PAN number if provided) may be shared with relevant charitable organisations to receive a donation receipt/acknowledgment for any donation made.
Event Updates via WhatsApp: I agree that I/my ward shall receive Event-related updates on the registered mobile number through WhatsApp.
Acceptance of Terms and Guidelines: I understand and agree to the terms, guidelines, and conditions of the AU Jaipur Marathon 2025 as set forth by IIEMR.
