Bib Collection Guidelines for AU Jaipur Marathon Health & Lifestyle Expo

Event Dates: Friday, 31st January 2025 & Saturday, 1st February 2024

1. Bib Collection
1. Participants will receive their bib number, timing chip, and race kit on Friday, 31st January to Saturday, 1st February 2024
2. Ensure the bib number is securely pinned to the front of your running attire on race day.
2. Late Collection
1. No bibs will be distributed on the race day.
2. Participants who fail to collect their bibs during the designated period will forfeit their entry fee.
3. Personal Collection Requirement: All individual participants in all the categories must collect their bibs in person at the Bib Collection Centre within the Health & Lifestyle Expo. Participants need to present the following documents:
1. Application confirmation.
2. Government-issued photo ID.
4. Representative Collection: If a participant is unable to collect their bib due to unavoidable circumstances, they may send a representative. Note that a representative can only collect one bib on behalf of one participant and must bring:
1. The participant’s application confirmation.
2. A government-issued photo ID of the participant.
3. A government-issued photo ID of the representative.
5. Group Collection: Groups may send representatives to collect bibs for all team members in one go. Representatives must schedule their bib pick-up slots online and bring:
1. A printed copy of the group confirmation email.
2. A signed authorization letter on the NGO/company letterhead.
3. A government-issued photo ID of the representative.
6. No Mailing of Bibs: Bibs will not be mailed to participants. Additionally, no bibs will be distributed after the Expo closes at 6 p.m. on Saturday, 1st February 2024.

Additional Notes:

1. Ensure you arrive at the Expo within selected time slot provided by IIEMR to avoid delays.
2. Prepare for potential wait times and have all required documents ready.
3. For safety reasons, it is advisable to follow any additional health protocols that may be in place.
4. Participants are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the Expo layout and facilities ahead of time to streamline the collection process.
