I declare, confirm, and agree as follows for myself and/or my ward:
Accuracy of Information:
I have provided true and complete information in this application form, and I/my ward am solely responsible for the accuracy of this information.
Consent for Use of Personal Data:
I am aware of and consent to the purposes for which my personal data may be used by the Indian Institute of Event Management and Research (IIEMR), the organisers of the AU Jaipur Marathon 2025.
Assumption of Risk:
I fully understand the risks and responsibilities of participating in the AU Jaipur Marathon 2025 or any associated event outlined in this application (collectively "the Event"), and I will be participating entirely at my/his/her own risk and responsibility.
Route Selection:
I understand that I/my ward must choose my/his/her own route for participation in the Event and acknowledge that IIEMR, the Event sponsors, and associated officials shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising out of my chosen route.
Prohibition of Official Route Usage:
I shall not run on the official route designated for on-ground participants of the AU Jaipur Marathon.
Fitness and Medical Clearance:
I understand that I/my ward must be in suitable physical condition and have trained appropriately to participate in a physically demanding event. I have obtained a medical clearance from a registered medical practitioner allowing me/my ward to participate in the Event.
Waiver of Claims:
For myself/ourselves and our legal representatives, I waive all claims of whatsoever nature against any and all sponsors of the Event, AU Jaipur Marathon Committee members, officials of IIEMR, and all other persons and entities associated with the Event, including directors, employees, agents, and representatives of the aforementioned. This includes any claims that might arise from illness, injury, death, or other circumstances resulting from my/my ward's participation in the Event.
Medical Liability:
In case of any illness, injury, or death caused to me/my ward due to any medical reason or condition during the Event or thereafter as a result of the Event, I agree that none of the Event sponsors, AU Jaipur Marathon Committee members, officials of IIEMR, or any associated persons or entities shall be held liable by me/my ward or my/my ward's representatives.
Force Majeure and Disease Liability:
I understand that in the event of any illness, transmittable/communicable/contagious disease, injury, or death caused to me/my ward during the Event or due to any force majeure event (including but not limited to natural disasters, civil disturbances, or terrorist acts), none of the sponsors, authorities, AU Jaipur Marathon Committee members, officials of IIEMR, or any associated persons or entities shall be held liable by me/my ward or my/my ward's representatives.
Information Sharing:
I irrevocably permit IIEMR to share the information provided by me/my ward in this application with all/any entities associated with the AU Jaipur Marathon 2025, at their discretion.
Use of Photographs and Videos:
I understand, agree, and irrevocably permit IIEMR to use my/my ward’s photographs and videos, which may be taken on race day and/or during various functions of the Event, for the purpose of promoting the AU Jaipur Marathon, at their discretion.
Promotional Communications:
I agree to receive information and offers from various brands, products, and services as may be sent to me/my ward by the Event promoters (or persons authorized by them) via the contact details provided in this application form.
Donation Receipts:
I understand and agree that my/my ward's data (including name, email ID, address, and PAN number if provided) may be shared with relevant charitable organisations to receive a donation receipt/acknowledgment for any donation made.
Event Updates via WhatsApp:
I agree that I/my ward shall receive Event-related updates on the registered mobile number through WhatsApp.
Acceptance of Terms and Guidelines:
I understand and agree to abide by the terms, guidelines, and conditions of the AU Jaipur Marathon 2025 as set forth by IIEMR.
By agreeing to this declaration, I confirm my/my ward's commitment to participate in the AU Jaipur Marathon 2025 under the stated terms and conditions.
