Choose your own course - whether it's your neighborhood, a park, a treadmill, or a scenic trail. The beauty of the virtual run is the flexibility to run at your own pace and place.

1. Eligibility Criteria:
   1. Minimum Age: Participants must be at least 12 years old (born on or before 2nd February 2013).
   2. Registration Confirmation: Only participants with confirmed registrations will be eligible to participate in the virtual run.
2. Race Categories:
   1. Participants can choose from multiple race categories (e.g., 10K, Half Marathon, Full Marathon) during registration.
   2. Each participant must complete the selected distance in one continuous run.
3. Event Date & Completion Window:
   1. The virtual run should be completed on 2nd February 2025.
   2. Participants are required to submit their run data within the time provided by organisers to be considered for finisher certificate.
4. Run Tracking & Submission:
   1. Tracking: Participants must use a GPS-enabled device (such as a smartwatch or smartphone app) to track their run.
      Data Submission: After completing the run, participants must upload their run data, including the distance, time, and date of the run, via the official submission portal provided after registration. Screenshots or files of the run data will be accepted.
   2. Submission Deadline: All run data must be submitted by 11:59 PM IST on 2nd February 2025.
5. Race Completion & Verification:
   1. Completion Certificate: All verified participants who successfully complete their race will receive a digital finisher’s certificate.
   2. Verification Process: The event organisers will verify the submitted run data for accuracy and adherence to the race rules. Any discrepancies may result in disqualification.
6. Race Kit & Finisher’s Medal:
   1. Race Kit: All registered participants will receive a virtual race kit via email, including a digital bib number and event information.
   2. Finisher’s Medal: Participants who successfully complete their registered distance and submit verified data will receive a T-shirt & finisher’s medal, which will be mailed to the address provided during registration. The medal dispatch process will begin after the event window closes.
7. Code of Conduct:
   1. Participants must complete the race with integrity and honesty. Any form of cheating or manipulation of run data will result in immediate disqualification.
   2. The virtual run is designed to be a safe and enjoyable experience. Participants are encouraged to choose a safe route for their run, avoid congested areas, and adhere to local health guidelines.
8. Refund & Transfer Policy:
   1. Refunds: No refunds will be provided once registration is done.
   2. Transfers: Registrations are non-transferable and cannot be deferred to another event or participant.
9. Terms & Conditions:
   1. By registering for the virtual run, participants agree to abide by all the rules and regulations set forth by the event organisers.
   2. The event organisers reserve the right to modify or amend these rules at any time, and any changes will be communicated to the registered participants.
10. Disclaimers
    1. The event organisers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or issues encountered during the virtual run.
    2. Participants are responsible for ensuring their own health and safety during the run and should consult a physician before engaging in any physical activity.
